The toddler snack:
These tasty tortilla chips are made from corn tortillas.

Ingredients:

  • 6 small corn tortillas
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brush each side of corn tortillas with olive oil. Cut the tortillas into 8 chips each. Sprinkle with salt.
Place chips on a jelly roll pan and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until crisp and golden.
Recipe yields 48 chips.

Make it special:
Have a mini-fiesta with your toddler. Serve salsa with the chips, and listen to Mexican music. Ariba!
